FOOD:

Started with Soups “Indian Summer Chicken” Loved the heat of the Indian summer reflected in the flavor of this soup, the chicken should have been more juicier but the overall taste was really nice. “Kumbh Adraki and Broccoli Soup” Vegan soup, creamy and tasty it can be..Loved the mushrooms particularly. Both soups were served with “Lavash Bark”

In Salads “Spicy Okra salad in amchoor Vinaigrrette” Few found it sour but I loved the amchoor personally and the tanginess of the salad was just epic, Spicky okra had the perfect crunch and the salad went very well.

In starters we had Panner Tikka which was good in terms of the texture of the paneer and the taste also we had spicy Lotus root chips which is very creative dish which actually will go so well as appetisers when you sip on beer or a drink loved the crunch and the chutney. Mushroom Gulati was soft and creemy went very well with the spicy tangy cutney. Bhut Jolokia Tandoori Murgh, cilantro foam Ohh the spice wow I just loved this dish the foam did not come to me as it went to someone who picked the bigger price 😛 but superb hotness the way Tandoori chicken should taste. The chicken should have been more juicy in texture but it was wonderful overall. Amritsari Bombil, mango chilly chutney Bombil is a famous fish when it comes to preference and taste and when it is cooked to perfection and served with lovely Mango chilli chutney gives you absolute pleasure. Indian masala Lamb chops Falling of the bones chops one of the best ones I have had till date went amazing with Indian spices.

In Mains Beetroot tikkis in creamy tomato gravy, roomali roti loved this dish first ever vegan main dish which i loved so much It clearly gives the satisfaction when you have Butter Chicken. Soya chops, Grilled baingaan steaks & Mushroom Koftas are the vegan mains which you can try out all were amazingly balanced in flavours and great when it came to presentation. Roasted Chicken Steaks – Pink peppercorn malai gravy & onion basil kulchas Onion basil kulchas were awesome the zing they bring to the overall dish was superb, the gravy made me lick my fingers and chicken tikkis were perfectly cooked. Laal maas, sharp cheddar naan pancakes Loved the chedder Pancake Naan very innovative concept great to have with the Laal maas which was perfect blend of spiciness and rest of the flavors. The color looked so vibrant it make you eat the dish with your eyes a must try dish. Reshmi chicken Biriyani and Shezuan Paneer chilli biriyani were a sexy combo, both were kings in their own domain. The connection of Biriyani to the Chinese cuisine was absolute pleasure.

In Desserts Falooda Panacotta, gulkand Chikki, rose compote, dried fruits – Smoothest Panacotta perfect wobble. Rose compote gave it a great flavor. Chikki gave the dish a crunch texture and great flavor.Dark chocolate gulab jamun Tart  Nothing can go wrong when it comes to Gulab jamun and when it comes with great combination and Innovation. The dark chocolate gave it another level also the coconut ice cream was superb and light.Chocolate Puri with Bachpan ki yaadein (butterscotch sauce, chocolate sauce, nutties and magic Pop) – #Bachpan is something this dish will take you to…when any of the dish is well thought and connected to something you cherish it has a lot of value and emotions attached to it. This dish is a sheer pleasure when you have Puris dipped in chocolate and served with Chocolate and Butterscoth sauce. also add ons made it unbelievable nutties, magic Pops …Just awesomeeee…Not a miss for sure.
