Review : Quabil-e-tareef , Pimple Saudagar – Pune

Pimple saudagar is coming up to be a another destination for good people and good food, we went to Quabil-e-tareef in Pimple for a food tasting event of Foodprowl. Well I would have to say the food was really Quabil-e-tareef the way the served the dishes and cocktails was amazing.

Great ambiance you can choose from various options to be seated outside or inside they also have a rooftop which is available on weekends for office parties and i would say that can be a really good option. Super service and helping staff only worry is the parking as they do not have a dedicated 4 wheeler spots which gets us in pickle sometime as the place is really surrounded by societies and we have to struggle a bit to find a spot.

FOOD:

1. Murg Adraki Shorba : Loved it the taste and zing of adrak (Ginger) gives you that kick and the shorba was perfectly balanced in terms of flavors. vegans can go for Spinach Carrot Ginger soup as well.
2. Murg Zafraani Kabab and tandoori Tarkari : Superb appetizers the chicken was tender and cooked to perfection and both dishes will melt in your mouth perfect to start a kickass meal.
3. Zafraani Tikka : Tikke were how they were supposed to be superb in taste the spice was perfect and I personally felt they have kept that original spiciness to retain the originality of the dish which gives you the authenticity for the dish.
4. Rogan Josh: Loved the gravy amazingly cooked chicken a bit on oily end but that is how it is supposed to be a bit. But perfect mains to have with the garlic naan or butter roti.
5. Daal Adraki : Loved the concept of adrak in daal I had never had a daal which is powered up with ginger not garlic so had a different experience loved the taste will go perfect with any steamed rice or jeera rice.
6. Murg Biriyani Dilliwali : Could not get the perfect match for Dilli wali biriyaani but good enough if you wish to have Biriyaani then you can try but persoanlly I felt this can be improved in flavours and which feedback was given to them.
7. Shahi Tukda : Not upto the mark can be definitely improved.

So that is something which we enjoyed and had a lot of fun with not to mention you have to try the amazing cocktails though I have attached pics few mentions are Florida, Irish fery, Kiwi Diquiry, Coco berry…

A good option in pimple to have a good meal..
